Winnie the Pooh, one of the world’s best-loved characters, was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame commemorating his 80th Anniversary, becoming one of a select few animated characters to ever receive the honor.
Here are a few fun facts about this tubby little cubby and his friends that you may not know:

Home owners will soon have just three months to sell their homes or be forced to re-issue the sellers information pack at an estimated cost of 1000 for the average semi-detached home. This would be in addition to the original 1000 paid out for the original sales pack.
Much has been written about the Home Information Packs (HIPs). Here we aim to examine the final details, just released.
From June 2007 it will be compulsory for all sellers to produce a dossier containing certain basic facts regarding the sale of the property. Ministers estimation of the costs of this survey are 776, a figure that the experts dispute. They say the figure is much more likely to be 1000. These figures are based on an average semi.
The information given in the dossier includes searches, deeds, description of the property and an energy efficiency rating. However, it appears that there are some rather worrying exclusions in the list. For example, there is no reference to rights of access, ground stability, natural subsidence or effects of mining. Risks of flooding are not included; neither is contamination from radon gas or other substances. Telecommunication links seem to have

Athens is a huge, congested city and the local taxis are your main means of getting around. The average Athens tax ride is inexpensive, just bring your helmet.
Living on the Edge
I had just arrived in Athens with a couple wholl remain nameless. [Hes now a respectable doctor and married to someone else.] My buddy, John, had a Greek friend who lived in town named Stavos. We were going to stay with him and explore Athens before heading to the islands.
Stavos had gone to college with us in California and more or less been raised there. After experiencing the finer points of higher education [fraternity parties, etc.], he and his brother had started a snowboard company in Athens. Who could possibly be buying snowboards in Greece? It turned out Stavos and his brother were selling them throughout Europe, not in Greece.
Anyway, Stavos collected us in a friends car and took us to his small studio. We decided to catch some winks and then head out for a night on the town. Thus, we would experience an Athens taxi ride for the first time.
Taxi driving is a competitive sport. I am convinced there is a World

As gas prices continue to surge higher and higher and concern over our countrys reliance on foreign oil grows more serious by the day, many experts are pointing to ethanol as a quick and easy solution to the current energy crisis.
What is ethanol? Ethanol is a clean-burning, high-octane fuel made from plants, often corn, that many claim will be safer for the environment as well as reduce our reliance on oil from the Middle East.
This is Not Your Fathers Ethanol
While ethanol first gained minor notoriety as a fad fuel that was introduced in the 1970s but never really caught on, the ethanol industry has made numerous innovations and improvements to the ethanol production process as well as the final product over the years and now expects to produce over 5 billion gallons of ethanol this year alone.
Of the ethanol that is produced, much is used to boost the octane rating of gasoline. Premium gasoline is made by adding ethanol to the gasoline mixture. The two most common blends are:
1. E10 – 10% ethanol and 90% unleaded gasoline. E10 is approved for use in any make or model of vehicle sold in

When you are planning to take your first international flight to visit and tour other countries, there a few things you should know before hand about the flight and what to do when you get to your destination.
When you make your airline reservations whatever you do get an aisle seat. Even if you have to go to the airport to pick up the tickets an aisle seat is MOST important on those long flights. My husband, John, and I always, and I mean always, get aisle seats across from each other on the plane unless it is a plane that has a bank of seats with only have two seats in the bank.
Take some really comfortable shoes. I always wear my comfortable shoes on the plane because they take up too much room in the suitcase (theyre Rockports, clunky but comfortable).
When you get on the airplane, snag a blanket and a pillow for everyone in your party. They are always scarce and you might not need it right away, but you will later. Take sleeping pills with you and try to sleep, it helps. You will arrive very early in the morning and will be

Free ISP January 25, 2012
Is There Such A Thing As Free ISP?
As a matter of fact, there really is such a thing as a free Internet Service Provider or free ISP, for short. Most Internet service providers offer service for a small monthly charge. Most people are surprised to learn that there are companies that offer free Internet service. This is much more than the free trials offered on the discs everyone receives in the mail. These ISPs actually offer free Internet service, and not for just a trial period.
You might wonder how it is that these ISPs can offer free service when everyone else is paying for it. The answer to that is really no surprise at all. It is advertising, the funding that is behind nearly every free product. For example, there are a variety of sites that offer free MP3 downloads. The catch is that these downloads arrive with a ton of pop-up advertisements, just like the free ISPs. These pop-ups can create a real problem on free Internet service because there are so many of them. They can even cause your computer to freeze up and generally make it extremely difficult to navigate the
